We've had the chance to work with hundreds of people this year through DealMatch (including over 600 searchers) and it's been genuinely inspiring. We've met people from finance, consulting, operations, and retail. We've watched searchers get to LOI, close deals, and step into running real businesses. This community is full of the bravest, most pragmatic, and smartest people we've met. ETA has real risk, but it's also a merit-driven path where hustle actually matters and anyone can put in the work and make a difference. If you're in the middle of a search, keep going.
