template or example for a deal memo to share with equity partners

Does anyone have a good example of a template or memo to detail a transaction for review by your equity backers? I am assuming maybe like a 5 or 6 page memo that highlights the deal, summarizes the financials, lists the proposed terms for an LOI (this is for a deal we are past the IOI stage in and in more detailed diligence hopefully leading to an LOI).

This would not be for cold calling potential equity backers, but to share with partners of ours who will support us on a deal by deal basis. Thanks for any guidance the community can provide.
