Template for first 100 day plan

I am approaching the closing date on my acquistion and I want to finalize my first 100 day plan which includes the full transfer of ownership.

Anyone have a nice template or example they have used?

I would appreciate it!

I’ve always used Asana for this. And my key prioritization filter for making it onto this transition list is, can this wait? If yes, it goes to the post transition idea parking lot.
