September 29, 2025
by a searcher in San Francisco, CA, USA
Overview
Temescal Capital is a search fund seeking to acquire a $3-15 million revenue B2B software or services company to run and grow for the long term. We're especially drawn to businesses with mission-critical or compliance-driven products, long and complex enterprise sales cycles, fragmented markets filled with niche or local players, and go-to-market strategies that are still evolving.
Core Responsibilities
As an Analyst Intern, you will be at the center of our outbound strategy. This is a hands-on apprenticeship for students eager to learn how real deals get sourced and shaped in the search fund model.
You will go beyond surface-level research. You’ll take curated prospect lists and dig deep into specific companies, uncovering insights that others miss, like customer stories, competitor moves, and founder signals. Then, you’ll turn insights into sharp, founder-ready copy and creative outreach strategies that help us break through inboxes, spark conversations, and build real trust with business owners
