Tech stack to increase deal flow and help searchers execute?

Has anyone had success building a tech / marketing stack to help automate some the manual tasks involved with identification and outreach to business owners to help build deal flow faster? I'd love some feedback and ideas on this. Thank you!

^redacted‌ - Yes that is achiavable. What we did for ourselves and people we work with is to create a system that, after an input 'search' is provided, collects leads, does the outreach through multiple channels, and performs follow ups when needed. Unresponsive leads get moved to other channels of communication automatically to increase efficacy. It's tricky to set up and requires some guidance, but it then runs smoothly and integrates with CRM so you can import opportunities automaticaly and track status in there. Important thing we noticed after testing this on many different campaign is that human interaction is needed when leads reply positevely as there isn't an optimized way to handle these queries and automatically schedule calls yet. Sure it can be done, but it's not effective an more often than not it burns the lead. The process we follow is this: Human input for a searc -> Automatic data collection -> waterfall multichannel outreach and deal generation -> leads imported to CRM for management -> scheduled follow ups Cutious: What are som eof the processes you are looking to optimize and what challenges are you facing right not?

Hey Brian, I am a searcher in Louisville as well. I have been doing tech consulting to fund my search and have implemented a few things for myself. Have way more ideas than what I've been able to execute on in this category. We should connect
