I know that there are some investors out there that offer discounts for their searchers regarding tech stacks. Does anyone know who those investors are and what are discounted tech stacks? Or if there are other methods to obtain tech stack discounts?

A lot of ways to get discounts. Mercury Bank and Silicon Valley Bank give a lot of discounts for their clients. Communities like Trends by The Hustle offer discounts. Members of Starter Story get discounts. Secret offers you a discount (https://www.joinsecret.com/?r=306046db36a4). Literally these things are everywhere.

I have found some good lifetime deals on https://appsumo.com/. When you browse, select the AppSumo Select button to view companies that are vetted by the marketplace, as they have allowed more tools to post on thier marketplace..
