Tech Due Diligence?

I'm working on a MSP deal and I'm looking for someone to help with the tech diligence of this target company. The scope would be to do an in depth diligence of the front- & back-end including looking at:

Quality & maturity of the code base
Scalability of the infrastructure
Tools, Compliance, IT policies, Core Platform Modernity, etc.
