Tax Diligence Recommendation

Hi everyone, my partner and I just closed our first acquisition and wanted to give a shoutout to our tax services provider, Sigfried Advisory. We looked at several options ranging from big 4 to small mom and pops and couldn't be happier with our choice.

We engaged them for tax structuring, sales, and payroll tax, but they also helped us with several one-off situations such as structuring our own personal taxes, helping our seller with theirs, and helping us get creative around potential capital gains tax increases resulting from the election.
