Does anyone have case studies, lists, or documentation from searchers who didn't "win"?

Not asking for the Stanford data we're all familiar with. Looking for specific stories / deals.

TLDR: He bought a debt collection business only to discover that a lot of its practices needed to be fully uprooted. Just when he'd gone through that wrenching transformation and gotten the business on firmer footing, COVID hits. Ultimately he steps back as CEO. Really a powerful and cautionary story.
