I have a deal through a partner for a new manufacturing company that is looking for a $4M loan against a $14M+ PO from a major account. They have an additional $30M PO right behind it with a huge pipeline.
I know this is not your typical M&A financing but I thought I would check with the community. I have 2 funds already interested but if anyone here is let me know and I can pull you in.
