Summer Associate

Novo Foundry acquires and operates industrial services and niche manufacturing businesses with a long-term ownership mindset. We care deeply about preserving blue-collar legacies, building strong teams, and creating enduring businesses. This role will work directly with us at the holding company level across a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives, including: • Deal sourcing and acquisition outreach • Financial analysis and underwriting • Market and industry research • Strategic projects across portfolio companies • Sales, marketing, and growth initiatives • Operational improvement and special projects • Support on live acquisitions and integration work This is a hands-on role with significant exposure to entrepreneurship through acquisition, small business operations, and investing. We’re looking for someone analytical, curious, hardworking, and excited to build. Prior finance or investing experience is helpful but not required.
