Fieldstone Management is hiring a paid 2026 summer analyst with potential to extend into the academic year. We acquired our first business, a regulatory compliance business in the intellectual disability care space, in 2024 and are transitioning into growth mode. What the experience will include: - Deep research in markets core and adjacent to our first acquisition to support organic growth and acquisition opportunities - Supporting live deal processes across preliminary due diligence, financial analysis, and management meeting prep - Building tools with software and AI - websites, models, seller outreach, outbound sales, etc. - Operational exposure to a niche, mission critical business serving as advocates for our country's most vulnerable populations - Working directly alongside two Wharton MBAs with backgrounds in technology investing and management consulting Who we're looking for: - Current undergraduate student - Genuine interest in ETA, healthcare services, disability care, and/or private equity or consulting - Evidence that points to good judgment, curiosity, autonomy, collaboration, and a commitment to self-improvement How to apply: - Send a brief email to redacted with (1) a short biography, (2) your long term career goals, (3) your availability this summer, (4) a few sentences about your favorite class or extracurricular activity at your college, and (5) a copy of your resume.
