I'm looking to develop my PPM and or find a great crowdsource to raise capital. I'm self funded and closing in on a purchase. I would appreciate any suggested resources.

Agree with Mark. As a securities lawyer, I find the Stanford primer PPM a good starting point. But having a PPM and finding a great crowdsource are two entirely different things. Having a PPM doesn't mean you can find investors and having a great crowdsource is only the start of the process to provide information to potential investors. Prepare your own due diligence list so you are ready when investors ask. Good luck

Business schools (HBS, MIT) have search fund conferences that are a fantastic resource for finding investors. http://www.etahbsclub.com/conference/
