Happy to chat. A couple types of succession....from the prior owner/CEO to the new buyer or his/her hired CEO/president; looking out several years for the transition from the searcher/CEO to the next; within the organization (e.g., one VP of Ops to the next). Have seen lots of this if would like to chat.
