Successfully Acquiring Another Platform

Hi Everyone! Would be great to talk with anyone who has successfully acquired a second business (not add-on) while still owning / operating their first search acquisition. We acquired our first platform in 2018, and are now looking to add our second platform. Would love to speak with folks who have managed to balance leading existing operations with a "new" search effort.
