Successful transaction using Empire Flippers?

Just curious to know if anyone has done a transaction using empireflippers dot com?
If so, how was it?
They have an interesting multiplier format and seem to be only e-commerce focused. If anyone has any experience with them (or has any other similar resources to share) I would love to hear from you.

Hi Jeremy, I've bought a content site from Empire Flippers before and it worked out well. Happy to answer any specific questions. Other good brokers to check out are Quiet Light brokerage and FE International. EF does have a weird multiple system so def. do your own analysis & make offers that make sense for you- can't hurt.
