Successful Pitch Deck?

I am hoping to see some examples of pitch decks that have been successfully used for lender and equity partner solicitation.

I am in the process now of building operating models for a handful of prospective companies, and I'm probably 3-6 weeks away from pitching them.

Does anyone have a deck they can share?

Hi Cory. I ended up going the route of a Investment Committee Memo (similar to a PPM but cut down) instead of a slide deck. But I did go through that exercise. Some of the resources that helped me are linked below. Hope this helps! Looking forward to following your journey.

From my experience: Pitch decks can be useful to attract investors for any kind and size of business acquisition. But, not so much when searchers convey their pitch deck to owners of small businesses. Best for middle market opps unless the lower middle market seller is “sophisticated.”

And nobody wants to see a pitch deck that is misleading re the actual or potential pledge of investment money to complete the intended deal.
