Has anyone implemented no-code tools after they've acquired a business? Automation processes specifically.

If so, what did it look like?

Thinking of tools such as Zapier, Airtable, etc.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure what your industry is, but coming from the marketing world we used:
AirTable (database), SemRush (keywords), Webflow (website design), Notion (content with ChatGPT built in), Make (social media), Cap Cut (video automation, also AI), DataTable (white label reporting across all your tools), Hubspot (CRM / Email), Jira (project management, client deliverables), and WhaleSync (to integrate where we could)--we got pretty efficient. The key to winning here is to have 2 really smart technically inclined people to figure out how to put them all together.

Specifically, I've been very impressed lately with processes that we've been able to automate using Zapier. Zooming out a bit, digital automation in general can have a big impact in most businesses. In 2019 we bought an old-school printing company with a ton of manual processes. 3+ years later, we've automated nearly everything, and now do double the sales with half the previous staff. Automation can be a MASSIVE lever.
