Succesfull Kitchen Cabinets showrooms in the southwest

The cabinet showrooms in Arizona region are doing over $10M in sales with $1.2M in EBIDTA and little debt. The retail stores need a buyer/investor or just management buyout financing since their existing manager is an excellent operator. They are looking to sell at 3-4 times EBIDTA or $3.5M to $4M and could support needed financing for the current manager to stay on board and continue his successful management. The last 12 months of revenues was $9.5M and at current rate, we will hit $10M by EOY###-###-#### October’s revenues were $800K and are well on way to $10M. The EBTIDA for the last six (6) months was $800K+ Nov 23 to Jan 24 last year was unusually slow for everyone in the industry, because of interest rates, elections, etc. but the remainder of 2024 and our backlog are tracking well. Once the slow 2023 months fall off the financials, we should be $1.4M-$1.5M in EBITDA going forward! As mentioned, the current manager for both locations is an expert in all things cabinets. The showrooms help display products to the end users & home-owners whether they are purchasing cabinets directly or through a contractor or large home developer and therefore a one stop shop for the design, ordering, and installation of all cabinet and flooring products. In closing, with strong financials and only $1M or so of debt, a buyer can come in with a lender to refinance loans and provide about $500K-$1M in working capital quickly which would be ideal for a jump start. At a normal market valuation, this is at a 5X multiple so at current valuation and structure, this is a deal. Please let me know of questions and issues and thanks, ps
