Sub $1m main street acquisitions

Question for sub-$1M / SBA buyers I regularly speak with owner-operators in the trades and business services space. Most recent conversation was with a commercial cleaning owner in Miami: ~$500–550k annual revenue, 20+ employees, operating for 15+ years, and open to discussing an exit this year. I’m curious who here is actively looking at sub-$1M service businesses (first-time buyers or add-ons) and has capital lined up?
