Student Seeking Example PPM for Academic Research (ETA Module)

Hi everyone, I’m currently an M.Sc. Entrepreneurship student in Germany, and in our new module on Entrepreneurship through Acquisition we are required to draft a full Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) as part of the coursework. While I’ve reviewed publicly available resources (e.g., the Stanford Search Fund materials), I would find it incredibly valuable to study a real-world PPM to better understand structure, tone, and level of detail in practice. Would anyone be open to sharing an older version of their PPM — numbers redacted is completely fine — purely for academic purposes? I’m happy to sign an NDA if needed and will of course treat everything strictly confidential. Any guidance or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
