https://www.searchinvestgroup.com/study. See this study here as best resource for self funded deal structure. I have seen most self funded equity investors allow flexibility in deal structure but back calculate deal terms to get to 30-35% IRR for investors. So many variables can affect what that actually translates into (price, searcher equity, growth, etc)
