Structuring Advisor role deals and NDAs

Hello everyone - anyone have any solid advice on how to structure deals as an advisor that guarantees the most amount of equity if there is an inability to make a material monetary investment ? Legal/risk/ Tax implications consulting is also appreciated.

What is the best way to leverage NDAs knowing that it simply just gives you the option to sue those who violate.
