Does anyone have any recommendations for strong operator networks to join? Thinking of recruiting firms who recruit for operators (CEOs, COOs, VP Operations, etc.) in the LMM. For context, I've been a "self-funded searcher" for a couple of years with some stops and starts along the way. 10+ years in corporate america and thinking a good next step before I take the full plunge could be to explore Operator/GM opportunities and want to join some talent pools.
