Strategic Capital Partner for Operator-Led Acquisitions
I’m looking to connect with searchers, recent acquirers, independent sponsors, and operators pursuing or running cash-flowing businesses where a strategic capital partner could be useful.
My background is software/product/engineering leadership, AI and process modernization, and small/lower-middle-market acquisition work. I’m especially interested in B2B services, tech-enabled services, MSP/IT services, compliance/admin workflows, bookkeeping/payroll, payments-adjacent businesses, vertical marketing, and SaaS + services models.
What I’m exploring: making one or two meaningful, selective strategic investments into operator-led acquisitions, recently acquired profitable businesses, or defined growth projects within existing profitable businesses where a capable operator is already in place and where my experience could help improve the outcome.
I’m especially interested in structures with current cash-flow potential, such as structured debt, current-pay preferred equity, revenue share, distributions, or performance-based cash upside, along with equity, warrants, profit interest, or similar long-term upside.
I’m not looking to be day-to-day CEO or sign personal guarantees. I’m also not looking for passive LP exposure only.
The ideal situation would be one where aligned capital plus senior technology, AI, reporting, systems, customer retention, operating cadence, or process-improvement help could materially improve the business.
