stock purchase due diligence checklist

Looking for due diligence checklist for a stock purchase. I have one but it's for asset sales.

This would be my first stock purchase so any advice and guidance/best practice are highly appreciated.

Recruit Industry Experts(s) on LinkedIn and ask them! Essential you surround yourself with a team of people who have been there done that! Give them shares or equity. Bring em on as Non Execs or advisors.
