Almost everyone has a crazy year 1 story. For me, add mental and physical health issued + period panic attacks add to the complications. Saturday morning walks around the water are one of the tools that help be centered. What helps you feel centered?

Buddhist meditation - being aware of what is present rather than attached to it. I dropped everything and spent 6 months in buddhist monasteries and sorted my head out before starting anything again. To easy to get attached if you're in it every day, and I couldn't work it out without stepping away! Good luck to you Yvette!
