Starting a monthly searcher mastermind group

(will update this post when group has hit capacity)

Based off the interest in a number of other recent posts, I'm opening up an opportunity to join a small group of ~6-8 self-funded searchers to serve as a peer-to-peer mentoring group throughout our searches. The goal is to share best/worst practices and offer feedback for improvement. We will try to meet 1-2 times per month.

Please send me a DM if interested and meet the following criteria:
- No a-holes or egos! We're here to help and to learn.

- Self-funded.

- Have sent at least one LOI.

- Searching outside of Colorado.
