Starting 2026 With the Right Conversations

As we move toward the end of 2025, I’ve been thinking about how overwhelming the early phase of a search journey can feel, especially for first-time searchers. One thing that consistently helps is having the right people around you. Over the past few months, I’ve put together a WhatsApp community for searchers, and it’s already grown to 30+ members. Many of them are further along in their journey and are actively searching, evaluating deals, or learning from real experiences.
