Starter template for private equity model?

I'm looking for a simple template(free or purchase) to "paint a picture" as a discussion starter. I'll probably modify it but it'd be nice to start with something rather than build from scratch

The model would forecast
- investments
- proceeds
- cash flows
- performance metrics
