I’ve realized that some of my frustration in my search has come from not really liking any of the excel models I’ve either built or found to analyze opportunities (and I’m even in finance!). Obviously the decision to execute is not based solely on numbers on a spreadsheet, but naturally that serves as a critical input. I was wondering if anyone had one they can share that they liked and that captures a lot of the important stuff (DSCR, return on investment, etc). I’m sure there are other posts addressing this topic but I didn’t find them. And I know there are a ton of resources on the internet, but I always prefer to get tips from people in the ring.
