Sports Team Acquisitions

Anyone have experience acquiring small sport organizations? Would be interested to hear more about the process, multiples of these business would sell for and overall financial profile of a club that likely would have difficulty selling tickets. Thinking low tier football clubs, non-mainstream sports, feeder clubs, etc.
