Does anyone knows about average multiples in the sport industry (fitness club chains)? MENA region data (if possible) would be most helpful.

I've looked into boutique fitness franchises (pilates, yoga, barre) and they were all generally at a###-###-#### 5x multiple which seemed high given their size, but since their income is mostly all repeat/subscription model, thats apparently what they were going for
