Sponsor group looking for partners

Canary is a sponsor group based in NY with previous track record in the software vertical. Our partners have executed multiple buy-and-build platform strategies in several software verticals. We have been reviewing dealflow in business services and home services (both banker-led and proprietary) over the past few months and are looking to expand our portfolio focus in one or both of these areas.

We're seeking partners and operating partners with experience in business services and home services (PE/investment background or operational background) to join our team and help us build out and execute this strategy. What's in it for you:
- Ability to lead your own transactions and inform strategy
- Portion of the economics we earn on deals
- Canary co-invest in each deal. No obligation on your part to invest but you are welcome to do so if you'd like
