Does anyone have any good recommendations for a sponsor,
or where to best find a sponsor for a SaaS search fund (based in the US)?
They have several bigger deals in their pipeline and under LOI.
It was set up as an independent search fund, but they are now looking at options to help pay for due diligence costs prior to completion.
