Special Projects Intern

I recently acquired a home services business south of Boston and am seeking a current searcher or someone who's thinking about searching to help with special projects (in person). The ideal candidate is a former professional (consulting preferred) who is starting to search or heading to business school and wants to experience the true day-to-day in a small gritty business. Seeking someone for all of or parts of April - August. Responsibilities would include special analytical projects, helping document and improve internal processes, and potentially helping launch a new business unit. However, like any small business, your responsibilities will depend on the day-to-day business needs, which may mean you are in the field or making deliveries any given day. About me - I acquired a business through a self-funded search. I worked at BCG for 4 years after business school and before launching my search. I'm also a Dad of 3 and am trying to navigate the right balance between business operator and Dad. NO UNDERGRADS PLEASE!
