Special Projects Builder

The Special Projects Builder is a versatile and dynamic role supporting the continuous improvement of internal processes at TPS and other companies that we acquire. This position will offer a candidate the opportunity to get in the weeds on certain strategic initiatives and build infrastructure / systems that will be leveraged by employees, customers, and referral partners. After 6 months of acquiring our first business, there are multiple changes that have been identified and need to be implemented. Although each individual item may be small (e.g. changing how we collect information on new sales prospects), the cumulative impact of these changes will be large and lead to equity value creation. Currently, I do not have the bandwidth to dedicate time to these initiatives, and am looking for someone to help design, build, and implement them. In short, I need a resourceful partner to roll up their sleeves and help build the foundation of TPS and our acquired businesses.
