I’m looking to cooperate with an experienced Spain-based financial due diligence professional or boutique on a cross-border acquisition of an electrical component distribution business, with a transaction value of a few million euros. The scope includes quality of earnings (QoE), net debt and debt-like items, and normalised working capital, including input into the relevant SPA definitions.
