South Central Texas/Hill Country Deal

For those searching with a geographic focus in the central/Hill country Texas area (Austin - San Antonio)I sourced a deal that I am passing on.

DOD industrial based focused logistics business.

$21m top line on thin margins.

2 major long term contracts driving that revenue. Around for 25 years. Did $43m inredactedProbably the cleanest business I’ve seen.

I’m neck deep in another deal and can unfortunately only do one at a time. So I’m happy to clip a finders fee.
