Curious about the zero cash upfront training that comes with the course ? Have you or anyone else in the community structured a zero cash upfront acquisition deal. How common is it and how hard is it to pull off?

Stacey I have been curious about the Harbour club as I was part of another zero out of pocket group, although I have found that it isn't as easy as it sounds. I would definitely appreciate learning more!
