Location: Remote | Commitment: 10–20 hours/week | Duration: 6–12 months

About the Role
We are looking for a Sourcing Intern to join our team and support our proprietary outreach efforts. You’ll play a hands-on role in identifying acquisition targets and building top-of-funnel relationships with business owners, brokers, and other intermediaries. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in private equity, investment banking, or entrepreneurship through acquisition.
This role includes a performance-based stipend. While the internship is primarily unpaid, interns who help generate high-quality leads or meetings may receive monetary bonuses.
What You’ll Do
• Research and map industry verticals that fit our investment criteria
• Build lead lists of companies and intermediaries using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, and online directories
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to initiate conversations with business owners and brokers
• Track outreach performance and iterate on messaging strategy
• Support due diligence efforts and market research as needed
What We’re Looking For
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative and resourceful researcher who’s not afraid to cold call or send cold emails
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Interest in private equity, M&A, and entrepreneurship
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRM/sales tools is a plus
• 10–20 hours/week commitment for a minimum of 6 months
