Sourcing Analyst (Part-Time)

Route Two Partners owns and operates water and wastewater services businesses across the U.S. Our companies keep water systems running, compliant, and essential infrastructure functioning. We are hiring a Sourcing Analyst who will generate acquisition opportunities by calling business owners, getting past gatekeepers, building relationships, and turning cold outreach into real acquisition conversations. You’ll manage a pipeline of targets, book qualified meetings, refine outreach strategies, and help identify which businesses are worth pursuing. This is a sales-first role where output matters more than polish. You should be comfortable speaking on the phone and unfazed by rejection.
