What sources of information have you found useful to analyze deal flow (actual transaction details) and areas of interest for lower middle market private equity buyers ($10-50m deal size)?
I would like to find a filterable database of actual transaction details that I can download and data crunch offline (in JMP or similar statistical analysis package).
