Hello All,
Hope everyone had a great Fourth.
I am posting because I am curious if my experience can be of service to any searchers or current owners on here or elsewhere.
I have been a boots on the ground entrepreneur for 20+ years. (Contracting/Construction, RE Development, CrossFit Gym!, SAAS Development, Transportation.) Everything I have done has been built from scratch. I even have a successful exit!!
Anyways, I am posting this to see if my experience and skill set can be of use to anyone on here. I am open to fractional and part time consulting engagements.

I'll be honest, I love love this stuff. The idea of spending my days helping people grow and improve their businesses sounds amazing to me. I am an open book and have a wealth of knowledge to share.
Short List of experience: -SOP/Core process Development- (Review and Improvement to all employee positions and employee functions/responsibilities)
-Growth Strategy (Funnel, CRM, Automation, SAAS implementation - both B2B & B2C) LinkedIn Automation, SEO, End to End Marketing and Sales Funnel development, Sales->Operations Implementation.
-Operational Structure (Both from a service perspective and the standardization and communication between Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance + HR/IT)

ERP Strategy and implementation (The SAAS and digital and non digital tools you use to manage the company as a whole)

Management and Accountability Processes - (Development or improvement of Scorecards, Metrics, KPI's, all that fun data and how to use it)

Reporting - (Development or improvement of reporting) (Automation and APIs)
