Solo or bring on Investor Capital

Hi all, I've began my search and have determined the size of a deal I can afford without bringing on investor capital. However, I'm debating if I want to bring on additional capital and look for larger deals or continue running with this myself. Anyone have any advice here?

A deal is the same amount of work if it’s small or large so go bigger if you can. The key with investor capital is structuring the governance and preferred rights correctly so you maintain control in the ways that are important to you.

Pros and cons. Not having to answer to anyone is nice. But taking on investors that can help provide needed guidance when needed can be greatly beneficial. Really depends on your background and situation.
