I’m a business investor who has built and sold a 5+ year old Amazon store 12/1/2020. I want to learn more about the more cutting edge methods for improving deal flow. I am actively looking for the right business for acquisition, $1-4M, $300k - $1.4 EBITDA.
I am specifically looking for an online business (SaaS, Ecom, Membership site, etc), but will also consider local businesses in the Austin, TX area.
At this stage, I'm very flexible regarding the type of business and more interested in seeing more deals.
