Solar contracting acquisition advice

Hey Y’all,

looking to connect with anyone who has purchased a solar contracting company in California recently. I am looking into one and would love to get some insight if possible. They do commercial and residential. ~3m in rev per year.

James I did not. CA changed some of the rates and the folks I spoke to in the industry stated it would be a pretty tough road for the customers the company was serving. I’m sure there are some commercial solar shops and installers that are doing very well though.
