Looking to acquire a software/Digital Marketing & Advertising/PR/web design firm in the near term.

The business runs ~50% margin and this loan would be used for acquisition financing. PP is around $4.5M.

Curious what the landscape is for Tech-Focused SBA lenders, and how IP as collateral plays into the equation to get a deal done.

If anyone knows of SBA lenders that have a tech bent, feel free to send my way.

Would be happy to chat this further through. My firm has a strong base of lenders at our disposal that would consider this. Cash flow really still the key when it comes to the SBA vs a lender’s reliance of IP collateral. redacted
