Hi all,

I'd love to find out more about the software and services that folks are using as operators. In particular, tech/SaaS solutions that are used to automate/streamline older vendors. Here are a few that I'm aware of. Would greatly appreciate any suggestions on 1) other categories, 2) players within each category, 3) your experiences with the players, and 4) if you shopped multiple players within a category, why you chose the company you ultimately went with over the others.

Depending on the level of complexity/simplicity, the enterprise Microsoft 365 license (presumably would be in place if you're looking to add 365 at a company anyways) gives you access to Power apps as well which is a very simple CRM solution if you're looking for the basics.

I think you have a good stack of Tools to work with. Monday or Asana might be also an idea to think of
