Software Escrow - looking to speak to anyone who has used it

I'm looking to speak to people who have experience of software escrow, either as a software vendor, client or escrow provider.

Hoping that some of our many SaaS CEOs out there might have worked with an escrow provider before.

I'm trying to understand how the market is evolving as it moves to protecting SaaS environments - what specific solutions people are using from the escrow providers etc.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
